Little b is a modular human- and computer-readable language for building and sharing models of complex systems. It is currently used to make mathematical models of biochemical and multicellular systems. The language has an open architecture which allows new modeling approaches and new scientific domains to be specified.
Little b is being developed at the Department Systems Biology at Harvard Medical School and in San Francisco
